Details: The Hoshizaki WR48A-D4 Steelheart two-section worktop refrigerator is designed to be placed in a cook line and keep product cold while providing a prep space. It has two sections, and each section has two drawers. This design keeps ingredients within reach; each drawer can hold a half-size pan and third-size pan with a six-inch depth. The drawer components are made of stainless steel—a durable material that resists bending and warping. Also made of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are strong and streamline cleaning. The drawers and cabinet in this Hoshizaki WR48A-D4 worktop refrigerator use two-inch-thick polyurethane insulation to hold cold air inside the base. The refrigeration system is engineered to keep the temperature within NSF-7 regulations in temperatures as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
