With a depth and width of 20.75, the cordierite decks are extremely durable, capable of withstanding high temperatures without breaking. Each deck has a height of 3.25 and can cook the food with or without additional sheets or screens. Each deck is equipped with incoloy heating elements designed for independent top and bottom control. They can heat up the cooking chamber at temperatures as low as 300 and as high as 650 degrees Fahrenheit. With the 15-minute mechanical timer, you can get other tasks done, and won’t have to wait around while the oven does its job. The continuous ring alarm will alert you when the food is ready, and the manual shutoff will ensure you pick up the food immediately so customers can enjoy them.
