The “Orbit” Island model from Futuro Futuro is a cutting-edge new generation range hood, with an advanced filtering system that allows it to depart from the traditional “duct-and-chimney” setup.

The Micro Carbon Infusion Filter (MCIF) provides highly efficient filtration – it’s used not only in elite homes in Europe but in many restaurants and cafes. The MCIF filter lasts a lifetime, and is rechargeable every 5 years. With this advanced filter, there’s no need for an outside duct, so our designers have replaced the bulky vertical chimney with nearly-invisible steel cables – creating a range hood design that floats above the island.

Furthermore, “Orbit” model has been implemented with a new Circular Filtering System – 2 circular-shaped micro carbon infusion filters are surrounding the blower unit in a horizontal plane instead of commonly-used vertical one, absorbing all the spinning air evenly. This provides more thorough filtration, as well as quieter operation.

The gunmetal black hood body of an outstanding and unusual shape is girded by an LED light ring, providing unbelievable and mysterious glow around the range hood. Glass panel on a bottom of the range hood not only covers a grease filter, giving “Arena” more clean look, but also creates Perimeter Suction effect, which is proven to be more efficient because of the clever airflow distribution.

Inside, the hood is packed with ventilation technology – a powerful yet whisper-quiet 940-CFM blower with 3 speeds, energy-efficient LED lights, and an illuminated rotary controller.

For higher-than-usual ceilings, the included mounting cables can be replaced (by the customer) with longer ones. Conversely, for a low ceiling, the cables can be either shortened or excess stored inside the hood body.
