The “Perimeter” island range hood from Futuro Futuro is an ultra-modern, illuminated-glass masterpiece of appliance design, with an advanced filtering system that allows it to depart from the traditional “duct-and-chimney” setup.
The Micro Carbon Infusion Filter (MCIF) provides highly efficient filtration – it’s used not only in elite homes in Europe but in many restaurants and cafes. The MCIF filter lasts a lifetime, and is rechargeable every 5 years. With this advanced filter, there’s no need for an outside duct, so our designers have replaced the bulky vertical chimney with nearly-invisible steel cables – creating a range hood design that floats above the island.
The painted-white hood body has an illuminated glass perimeter, which gives this model a prominent yet sophisticated appearance. Minimalist rectangular shape is suitable for a variety of kitchen styles and designs.
Inside, the hood is packed with ventilation technology – a powerful yet whisper-quiet 940-CFM blower with 4 speeds, energy-efficient LED lights, and an illuminated 5-button control panel.
Wireless remote control is included.
For higher-than-usual ceilings, the included mounting cables can be replaced (by the customer) with longer ones. Conversely, for a low ceiling, the cables can be either shortened or excess stored inside the hood body.
