• Handmade cast iron wok using Chinese traditional old casting technique. 1600 temperature liquid iron in earth mould to forge a wok. Thin but durable. 38CM (14.9inches) weighs 4.4LB.
• Our cast iron woks are made in a dried earthen mould, therefore it has natural texture like turtle’s back. The natural texture will absorb oil and make the wok nonstick, but it should not be expected to be as nonstick as Teflon wok as it has no coating.
• Versatile: This wok can be used for cooking, stewing, boiling and stir frying.
